Dimple Creation
Dimple Creation is normally done under local anesthesia with incisions placed inside the mouth. Patients who undergo this, experience deep and permanent dimples at first. However, when the sutures dissolve and the scar forms, their dimples become shallower and appear only when smiling, just like a normal dimple.
This procedure takes about 1 hour to perform with patients being allowed to go home right after. However, please expect swelling for about 1 to 2 weeks.
