Chin Reduction

Chin Surgery, also known as Mentoplasty, is a procedure to reshape the chin either by enhancement with an implant or by bone reduction surgery. It is done by making incision inside the mouth, along the crease that joins the lower lip and gums.

Patients who undergo this can see results in a month. However, the best results are seen on the third to sixth month after the surgery when most of the swelling has resolved and the skin and tissues over the bone has re-draped.
